Fox Plays is a small, family-owned
and family-run business which began in 1975. Our reputation for
efficient, friendly service has been hard-won. We value our reputation
and will continue to work hard to win and keep the respect and
appreciation of all our customers.
Regarding the Internet, Fox Plays has a strict
policy
of never passing on any details of any customer to any third party. If
we send emailed information about our publications to a customer who
has first contacted us, the customer can always ask to be deleted from
our mailing list at any time and their information will immediately be
deleted. We
are against Spam.
If a customer joins a mailing-list operated by
Fox
Plays, it is because the customer has asked to be placed on that
mailing list.
With regard to any
financial transactions using a credit card, Fox Plays uses
independent financial institutions such as PayPal and ClickBank.
This means we have no access to customers' credit card information and
obviously therefore, we cannot store such details.
Most of our
publications, as listed at www.foxplays.com,
may be purchased as hard
copies and delivered via the postal service. Obviously the name and
postal address of the customer is required as may be the institution
[school, church, theatre company, etc] in which they are employed.
Again, however, any and all such details of all customers are never
passed
to any third party.
If Fox Plays sells a
title using an affiliate, it is all done via an independent trader. The
affiliate has no knowledge of the customer's financial records and Fox
Plays has no knowledge of the affiliate's identity. Independent
traders such as PayPal and ClickBank keep Fox Plays and any affiliate
of Fox Plays at arm's length.
Fox
Plays has agents
in certain countries and if a customer in say, the United Kingdom,
contacts Fox Plays in Australia asking for a specific title or titles,
the contact details of the potential customer may be forwarded to the
agent of Fox Plays in the UK so as to provide the customer with the
most efficient service.

business which is not Fox Plays, [see list of approved agents on the

we strongly recommend that you do
not
provide such operators with any of your personal details. Apart from
the
instances above - name and email address for customers who opt in to
our mailing-list for newsletters, etc., and the name and postal address
of
customers who order hardcopy versions of any title, Fox Plays neither
collects, retains or shares any information of any customer.
If a customer contacts Fox Plays by email, our reply will be to the
email address provided by the customer.
Sometimes Fox Plays may contact customers who have joined our
mailing-list with a view to conduct an on-line survey. Such surveys aim
to allow Fox Plays to provide better service and offer new titles to
our customers. All information which may be collected from these
surveys
is kept in-house and never shared with any person or business.
